Whitelisting wynter.io is an important step to ensure that you receive Wynter test invitations without them being marked as spam or ending up in your junk folder. We will guide you through the process of whitelisting emails in three popular email services: Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
GMAIL
Open Gmail and click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the page.
Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
Click on "Create a new filter" at the bottom of the page.
In the "From" field, enter Wynter.io.
Click on "Create filter" at the bottom right corner.
Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
Click on "Create filter" to save the changes.
OUTLOOK
Open Outlook and click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the page.
Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
Go to the "Junk email" tab.
Scroll down to the "Safe senders and domains" section.
Under "Safe senders," click on "+ Add" to add a new domain.
Enter Wynter.io.
Click on "Save" to add the domain to the safe senders list.
YAHOO
Open Yahoo Mail and click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the page.
Select "More settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the left-hand menu, click on "Filters."
Click on "Add" to create a new filter.
Enter a filter name (e.g., "Wynter").
In the "Sender" field, enter Wynter.io.
Set the action to "Inbox" or any other desired folder.
Click on "Save" to create the filter.
