There are multiple reasons as to why you are not able to verify your work email address.


  1. You’re self-employed and your work email is a free email service provider email.

    We’re not accepting Gmail, Outlook, or other free email service providers as work emails. Self-employed professionals who use free email service providers as work emails will not be able to submit their applications.



  2. You are unemployed or retired.

    To sign up as a participant, you need to be employed and have a work email address that you can verify.



  3. You haven’t received a confirmation email to your inbox.

    Make sure you have typed your email address correctly, and that there is no email from us in your spam folder. If none of the above applies, please reach out to us at sofia@wynter.io and we will get back to you as soon as possible.



  4. You created a profile with the wrong email address and now you're unable to update it.

    If you signed up with the wrong work email address, please reach out to us at sofia@wynter.io and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

     

  5. The link on the confirmation email leads to an “Error” page.

    If the confirmation link leads to an “error” page, please reach out to us at sofia@wynter.io and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
