Payouts are sent within five (5) business days after completing the test. We send payments via a link to a rewards page where you can choose between different options (gift cards, VISA, PayPal, or charities) to claim your payout. U.S. recipients who receive $600+ in rewards to the same email will be asked to fill out a W-9 form when redeeming their rewards.

The payouts are sent from the email address rewards@reward.tremendous.com.

Please be sure to allow your spam filters (whitelist) to pass through emails coming from rewards@reward.tremendous.com to make sure they do not get labeled as junk or spam. Also, check your junk or spam folder if it was inadvertently placed in that folder.
